Resending: Weekend Snack Mode: ON 🍟

Hi Reader,

Some weekends call for baking projects.
And some weekends call for really good snacks!

The kind you pull out of the oven and suddenly everyone appears in the kitchen - Crispy, cheesy, hearty bites that are easy to make and even easier to love.

So today I’m sharing 4 of my go-to snack recipes. They’re simple, satisfying, and perfect for entertaining, game nights, movie nights, or just when you want something delicious to nibble on.

Here’s what we’re making this weekend:

Crispy Baked Chicken Nuggets

Golden, crunchy on the outside and tender inside - the kind of nuggets that disappear the moment they hit the table.

Twice-Baked Potatoes

Fluffy, creamy, cheesy potatoes baked until beautifully golden and irresistible.

Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Crispy edges, tender centers, and perfectly seasoned — these oven-baked fries are a snack everyone reaches for!

Air-Fryer Falafels

Crispy little bites packed with herbs and flavor — perfect for dipping, stuffing into wraps, or serving as party snacks.

PS: These snacks are great for meal prep too! Make a batch ahead, and you’ll have delicious bites ready for lunches, quick dinners, or anytime cravings. 💛
