These bread rolls are worth baking ๐Ÿžโœจ

Hi Reader,

If you love baking bread, this weekend's lineup is going to be fun!

I'm sharing six bread rolls that are a little different from the everyday ones. Some are soft and buttery, some have beautifully chewy crusts, one has a signature crackly top, and every one of them is worth trying!

And yes, they're all completely doable, even if you're fairly new to bread baking. If you've been wanting to bake more with yeast, these are wonderful recipes to try.

Here's what we're baking:

โ€‹Tiger Bread (Dutch Crunch Bread)โ€‹

Soft, fluffy bread rolls with the famous crackly crust that makes Tiger Bread so special. Fun to make and delicious to eat!

โ€‹Salted Bread Rolls (Shio Pan)โ€‹

Shaped like croissants, these salted bread rolls are soft and fluffy inside with the crispiest crust you can imagine, all full of buttery goodness!

โ€‹Pretzel Bunsโ€‹

Chewy, golden, and finished with that classic pretzel crust. Perfect for sandwiches, burgers, or alongside a bowl of soup.

โ€‹Mallorca Sweet Bread (Pan de Mallorca)โ€‹

Soft, buttery rolls dusted generously with powdered sugar. A beautiful breakfast or afternoon treat with coffee.

โ€‹Hawaiian Rollsโ€‹

Sweet, fluffy, and incredibly soft. They're always a favorite for family dinners, sliders, and holiday tables.

โ€‹Korean Cream Cheese Garlic Breadโ€‹

Crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, with a creamy cheese filling and a buttery garlic topping. A bakery-style treat that's surprisingly easy to make at home.

There really is nothing quite like the smell of freshly baked bread, and I hope your kitchen is filled with it this weekend! โค๏ธ

Hi Reader, Can you believe half the year is already over?! July was a whirlwind of a month - A short family trip to Jaipur to celebrate my sister's milestone birthday, the little man of the house got his first job (๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰), a horrid allergy that had me sneezing and sniffling for a couple of weeks, a broken-down refrigerator and washing machine, and a termite-infested bookshelf! โœจ What's new! In the midst of all this, I managed to update a few recipes - Cheesecake brownies (I can't tell you how...
