Zucchini season = chocolate bread season✨

Hi Reader,

Zucchini season doesn't last forever, so let's put it to good use.

This chocolate loaf is the moistest, fudgiest one I make, and it's got a full 1.5 cups of zucchini hiding in it!

You will not taste it. Not even a little.

What you WILL taste: deep cocoa, melty chocolate chips, and a crumb so soft and fudgy, it borders on brownie territory!

Here's why this one stays in my rotation:

  • Two bowls, one whisk. No mixer required.
  • Zucchini keeps it moist for days (no squeezing it dry, either - that's the trick).
  • It freezes beautifully, so double the batch without a second thought.
  • Even the pickiest eaters in your house won't clock the veggie.

I make mine with 55% dark chocolate chips because I like it rich. Milk chocolate works too if you want it sweeter.

You’ll find the full recipe, step-by-step instructions, and tips on the blog πŸ‘‡πŸ»

PS: Got extra zucchini after this one? My carrot zucchini bread is next on the list.

3 cups of chocolate pudding topped with strawberries.

Hi Reader, Can you believe half the year is already over?! July was a whirlwind of a month - A short family trip to Jaipur to celebrate my sister's milestone birthday, the little man of the house got his first job (πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰), a horrid allergy that had me sneezing and sniffling for a couple of weeks, a broken-down refrigerator and washing machine, and a termite-infested bookshelf! ✨ What's new! In the midst of all this, I managed to update a few recipes - Cheesecake brownies (I can't tell you how...
