A Slice of Summer: Upside Down Peach Cobbler Cake!✨

Hi Reader,

Which fruit spells summer for you? For me, it's sweet, ripe, juicy peaches. They are on top of my favorite fruit list!

As much as I enjoy eating them as-is, I LOVE baking with them too. I wish I could bottle the smell of peaches getting baked in a vanilla-scented cake batter!

And so I have this gorgeous Peach Cobbler Cake that combines the best of both worlds - a juicy peach cobbler and a classic upside-down cake!

✨Soft and moist, this easy summer cake has a tender buttery crumb and is topped with the most delicious caramelized peaches.

✨It's easy to make, uses simple pantry basics, and is so good for brunch, afternoon treat, and dessert.

✨ Serve it warm with ice cream, or sneak a slice straight from the fridge, this one’s a summer must-bake!
