๐ŸŽ‰ Sep Recap!

Hi Reader,

September brought in my mom's 82nd birthday! We took her out for a lovely lunch at our favourite restaurant in the middle of a park. Never allowing us to celebrate her day in a big way, this was perfect for her. Surrounded by all four of her grandkids- that's what makes her truly happy! โค๏ธ

The husband came down with shingles soon after! Ughhhh... a reminder for everyone over 50: please get a shingles shot. He's recovered, though there is still some lingering pain.

I've been trying to get back to reading, so done with doomscrolling all the time! I aim to read at least 1 book a month, but this month, I read 5! I can't tell you how good this feels.

โœจ What's new! Some new recipes, some updated ones:

Here's how to do it:

  2. Check the box next to Tasha's Artisan Foods.
  3. Hit "Take me to Google Search" at the bottom of the page to save.

That's it - three clicks and you're done! Thank you!

Sliced masala chai Basque cheesecake with one slice kept sideways.

Hi Reader, I love masala chai, but have you tried it in a cheesecake? This masala chai Basque cheesecake brings the warm, spiced flavor of a cup of chai into a creamy, custardy cheesecake with that gorgeous, deeply browned top. Black tea and chai masala add so much flavor, while the tangy cream cheese balances everything beautifully! And it's so much easier to make compared to traditional cheesecakes - No crust to make, no water bath, and no complicated techniques. Just mix, bake, and let it...
