Pumpkin pie is such a classic fall bake, and Iโ€™m so excited to share my eggless version with you!

This eggless pumpkin pie has a buttery, flaky pastry crust filled with smooth, creamy pumpkin filling and warm pumpkin pie spices. The filling uses pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, and a little cornstarch to help it set - no eggs needed!

The recipe is easy to put together, and you can even use store-bought pastry if you want to save time.

Serve a slice with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, and you have a lovely dessert for a cozy weekend, a fall gathering, or your Thanksgiving table.๐Ÿ‚๐Ÿ
