Hi Reader,

No oven, three layers of chocolate, and the cutest little individual cheesecakes. What’s not to love? 🍫

These no-bake mini chocolate cheesecakes have a buttery Oreo crust, creamy chocolate cheesecake filling, and a silky chocolate ganache on top.

They’re rich without being fussy, and so easy to put together. Plus, you can make them a day or two ahead, which makes them especially handy when you’re entertaining.

I think they’d be such a fun dessert for the upcoming festive season. No slicing a big cheesecake, no last-minute baking. Just pull them out of the fridge, add a few berries, and serve.
